Shipping & Delivery Policy

MyShopForYou is committed to delivering your order in the fastest time possible, with the highest quality packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We take every measure to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All paid online orders are shipped on the next working day.
  • Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed over the phone before dispatch and are shipped the same or next working day.
  • We process orders throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during regular working hours.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
  • Rs. 50 delivery charge is applied to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). MyShopForYou is fully GST compliant. The relevant GST % is already added to your product total.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, please contact us at help@myshopforyou.com.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Express Delivery: All prepaid orders are delivered within 3-6 working days (for major cities).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3-6 working days from the dispatch date. Please note that COD orders are only dispatched once confirmed over the phone.
  • For remote locations or areas where courier delivery is not possible, customers may be asked to pick up their orders from a nearby delivery center.

Timeframe for Delivery (from dispatch date):

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 working days

COD Orders

COD orders typically take 5-7 working days to be delivered, as an additional processing time is required by the shipping company for COD verification.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or if the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please do the following:

  • Refuse the package and contact us immediately at help@myshopforyou.com.
  • Provide your Order ID and mention the issue (damaged, tampered, or incorrect item).
  • Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product.
  • We will send you a brand new replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when sending back the product.
